House Rules

• Strictly vegetarian — non-vegetarian food may not be brought into or consumed at the property.
• No hookah, illegal drugs or related paraphernalia permitted.
• No loud music or speakers at any time; quiet hours are 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM.
• No unapproved parties or gatherings.
• Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas — smoking indoors or spitting tobacco/paan attracts a ₹10,000 fine.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Visitors are only permitted with prior approval and valid ID.
• Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.
• Guests must vacate immediately if a complaint is raised by neighbours or local authorities because of their conduct — no refund will apply in such cases.

Other Things to Note

• Check-in: 2:00 PM onwards. Check-out: by 11:00 AM.
• Early check-in or late check-out can be arranged at an additional charge, subject to availability.
• A refundable security deposit and valid government-issued photo ID are required at check-in. Foreign nationals must carry a passport with a valid Indian visa.
• The pool is not temperature-controlled but is cleaned and maintained regularly; children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
• Complimentary parking, daily housekeeping and high-speed Wi-Fi throughout.

Full refund up to 14 days before check-in, 50% after.

Cancel at least 14 days before check-in for a full refund of the accommodation fare.

Cancel between 14 days and 7 dayss before check-in for a 50% refund. Cancellations within 7 days of check-in are non-refundable.

Cancellations are processed against the policy Guesty applies to your booking at the time of confirmation. Refunds are returned to the original payment method and can take 7–10 working days to appear.
