Villa Operations Manager

About the role

Viraalay runs a curated portfolio of private villas across Rajasthan. As Villa Operations Manager for Udaipur, you own the daily running of four properties and you are the person owners and guests call when something needs to happen.

What you will do

• Run daily operations across four Udaipur villas, covering staffing rosters, inventory and vendor coordination
• Own the on-ground guest journey: pre-arrival setup, check-in, in-stay requests and departure
• Maintain property standards through weekly audits of housekeeping, maintenance, pool, landscaping and kitchen
• Manage a team of 12 to 15 across housekeeping, kitchen, security and grounds
• Track property level costs against monthly budgets and flag variances early
• Resolve guest escalations the same day and report root causes to the central operations team

What we are looking for

• 4 or more years in hospitality operations, ideally boutique hotels, resorts or luxury villas
• Proven experience managing on-ground teams of 10 or more
• Fluency in Hindi and English
• Comfort with property management software and basic spreadsheet reporting
• Willingness to be based in Udaipur and available across weekends and peak season

Good to have

• Degree or diploma in hotel management
• Hands-on experience with Guesty, Hostaway or a comparable PMS
• An existing vendor network in and around Udaipur
