Housekeeping Supervisor

About the role

A villa is judged in the first ninety seconds. As Housekeeping Supervisor in Jodhpur, you make sure those ninety seconds land, on every arrival, across every property.

What you will do

• Supervise a housekeeping team of 8 across the Jodhpur properties
• Run pre-arrival readiness checks and sign off each villa before guest check-in
• Manage linen, amenity and consumable stock, including reorder cycles
• Schedule deep cleaning, pest control and upholstery care between bookings
• Train new team members on cleaning protocols and guest-facing conduct
• Report maintenance issues to the operations manager with photographs and priority levels

What we are looking for

• 3 or more years in housekeeping, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
• Working knowledge of cleaning chemicals, dosage and surface safety
• Ability to read and update a written checklist in Hindi or English
• Availability for early morning turnarounds during peak season

Good to have

• Experience in a boutique hotel, heritage property or luxury villa
• Basic English for guest interaction
• Familiarity with laundry vendor management

What we offer
