Guest Experience Executive

About the role

Guests choose Viraalay for a private villa stay that feels personal rather than transactional. As Guest Experience Executive in Jaipur, you are the voice behind that promise from the first enquiry through to the post-stay review.

What you will do

• Handle pre-arrival communication across WhatsApp, email and phone for all Jaipur properties
• Plan and book curated add-ons such as chef menus, heritage walks, spa sessions and airport transfers
• Greet guests on arrival, run the property walkthrough and manage in-stay requests
• Log every request and complaint in the CRM so patterns are visible to the operations team
• Collect post-stay feedback and follow up on reviews across Google, Airbnb and Booking.com
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance on same-day turnarounds

What we are looking for

• 2 or more years in front office, guest relations or concierge roles
• Excellent spoken and written English, plus conversational Hindi
• Calm and structured under pressure, especially during back to back check-ins
• Working knowledge of a booking or CRM tool

Good to have

• Experience with international guests and time zone based communication
• Familiarity with Jaipur restaurants, guides and experience vendors
• A third language such as French, German or Spanish
