About the role

This role sits at the point where demand meets inventory. You respond to enquiries, close bookings and keep rates and availability accurate across every channel Viraalay sells on.

What you will do

• Respond to inbound enquiries from the website, Airbnb, Booking.com and direct referrals within agreed response times
• Build quotes, negotiate within approved bands and close bookings
• Maintain rates, minimum night stays and availability across all distribution channels
• Run weekly pricing reviews against occupancy targets and local demand events
• Manage the booking pipeline in the CRM and report weekly on conversion
• Coordinate with property teams so every confirmed booking is operationally ready

What we are looking for

• Prior experience in hotel, villa, or hospitality reservations
• Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi
• Familiarity with OTAs, reservation systems, and guest handling
  
• Strong command of spreadsheets, including pivot tables and lookup formulas
• Confidence handling high value bookings and negotiating over call
• Sharp attention to detail on dates, rates and inclusions

Working Hours

• Comfortable working on rotational shifts and weekends
• Flexible to work in shifts between 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM
• Willingness to work from our Navi Mumbai office
