Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Viraalay, we strive to offer a seamless and transparent booking experience. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before confirming your reservation.

1. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

  • Cancellations made 7 days prior to check-in are eligible for a 100% refund.
  • Any cancellation made within 7 days of check-in will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Refunds, wherever applicable, will be processed within 10 working days.

2. PEAK DATES POLICY

Bookings during peak dates are strictly non-refundable and non-cancellable. The cancellation policy is overridden during major peak periods and public holidays including:

  • Independence Day
  • Diwali
  • Christmas & New Year
  • Republic Day

No cancellations, refunds, or modifications will be accepted for bookings falling within these periods.

3. RESCHEDULING POLICY

  • Rescheduling requests made within 7 days of check-in are not permitted.
  • In case of approved rescheduling outside the restricted period, any fare difference must be paid by the guest.
